In order to reduce stress, minimize illness, and foster positive moments in your life, I take a holistic approach to your healing. Movement, diet, schedules, and thought patterns are things that are explored in manifesting the best in you.
To achieve your personal optimal wellbeing, you must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Approaching your wellbeing as an essential aspect of everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for over a decade. I can attest to the power of this practice. As working mother, partner, student, and educator this practice has sustained me. Through illness and wellness, grief, and joy, bounty and strife this practice has sustained me. I am certified as a yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and have worked with clients through physical injuries, to support well being while living with chronic illness, as a practice to support healing from dis-ease and trauma, support aging and as a path to strengthen self and create joy. I look forward to working with you directly on your path towards your best health.

Yoga comprises a wide range of mind/body practices, from postural and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation. Yoga therapy tailors these to the health needs of the individual. It helps to promote all-round positive health, as well as assisting particular medical conditions. The therapy is particularly appropriate for many chronic conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment.
Wellness Coaching is about working together to help you define and create your definition of wellbeing and what that means to you. The main focus of Wellness Coaching is to concentrate on your strengths and build on them to help you realize your goals. Together, we will identify your motivators and obstacles as you design your wellness vision for the future.
